Our Recruitment Process

01 | HR Screening

In this step, shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-to-45-minute call with a member of our People Team who will learn more about your experience and provide you with more information on our company culture. You should be prepared to discuss compensation expectations.

02 | Hiring Manager/Technical Interview

In this step, shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-to-45-minute call with a member of our People Team who will learn more about your experience and provide you with more information on our company culture. You should be prepared to discuss compensation expectations.

03 | Meet the Team

We know that it is important to feel like you “fit” with members of the team you will be working with. The individuals selected could be fellow team members or stakeholders that you will be partnering with. You can expect this meeting to be a minimum of one hour.

04 | Meet the Senior Leaders

Senior Leaders are aware of company objectives and how each of their team members contribute to the success of the organization, this is a final stage whereby you will have the opportunity to meet the Senior Leader for 30 minutes to learn more about how your skills and experience will fit with departmental objectives.
